Semnal LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Semnal.com website and related task management services (collectively, the "Service") subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Semnal is a task and workflow management platform that helps companies:

  • Create and manage procedures and tasks
  • Assign tasks to employees and consultants
  • Track task progress and completion
  • Manage file attachments and documentation

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees when due
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Provide accurate billing information

Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms of service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you:

  • Grant us a license to store, display, and process your content to provide the Service
  • Represent that you have the right to upload the content
  • Agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

You agree not to:

10. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
